The process begins with a consultation where the client selects the design and provides measurements. Our team carefully reviews and cross-checks all measurements and order details to ensure accuracy. Before production begins, the finalized details are shared with the client for approval and send for production
We keep our clients Updated throughout the entire process, providing assistance and updates.
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made garments, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has commenced.
